"Playbox" refers to the entity Playbox and its sub-sites http://www.playbox-playbox.com/

• Playbox will not be responsible of lost of mail for normal postage.
• Playbox strongly recommend Registered Mail.
• Playbox will inform you if any item is out of stock
• In-stock Items will be shipped within 2 working days after payment verification.
• Playbox will at its best discretion ensure that the items sent out are of satisfactory condition.
• There is strictly no exchange for underwear and jewellery.
• In any case, if exchange is granted, it will be of the same item to prevent abuse. If the item is out of stock, a same value item will be replaced or top-ups for higher value items.
• Exchange must be done within 7 working days after item is received.

• Playbox will ensure that your personal information and details including but not limited to email address, bank information, clothes sizes are not disclosed to third party.
